Taxes & arrival

16% Federal VAT + 4% State Lodging Tax. US$50 surcharge for Sunday check-in. Cleaning included.

Payment

3-night minimum. 30% deposit after approval, with the 70% balance due 30 days before arrival. Full payment is due for bookings within 30 days of arrival.

Check-in: 3:00 PM · Check-out: 11:00 AM · Cancellation: full deposit refund when cancelled at least 30 days before check-in.
