Start by checking your dates and submitting a Request to Book. We verify availability and the reservation details before approving the stay. Once approved, you’ll receive the rental agreement and secure payment instructions.

No. A Request to Book does not charge your card. Payment is arranged only after the reservation has been reviewed and approved.

A 30% deposit is required to secure an approved reservation. The remaining 70% balance is due later according to the payment instructions provided with your reservation.

Cancel at least 30 days before check-in for a full refund of your deposit.

Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Sunday check-ins have a US$50 surcharge.

No separate cleaning fee is added. Cleaning is included in the rate, and maid service is provided every second day except Sundays. While gratuities are not included or required, it is customary and appreciated to leave a tip for the cleaning staff at the end of your stay.

Taxes are additional to the nightly rate: 16% Federal VAT and 4% State Lodging Tax. Your stay calculator shows the applicable taxes before you submit a booking request.

The minimum stay is 3 nights. Holiday periods may be subject to special pricing.

Villa Alegría is a second-floor condo in Las Villas, an intimate 10-unit complex on Playa Troncones. The salt-water infinity pool is immediately outside the condo’s open-air living area, and the beach is approximately 250 feet (75 metres) away through the tropical grounds.

Villa Alegría is designed around an open-air tropical living concept. Both bedrooms are screened and air-conditioned for comfortable sleeping. The kitchen, dining and living areas are naturally open-air, with large openings at both the front and back of the condo that allow cooling cross-breezes to flow through the living space.
